The places we recommend to our guests, with practical advice on parking and where to eat. Tap «Take me there» to be guided by Google Maps.

Castel GandolfoCastel Gandolfo
📍 Room24's tip · 11.8 km

Castel Gandolfo

The village of Castel Gandolfo is a little gem to visit: enchanting views, characteristic alleys and places to eat and drink excellent local products, such as coppiette (dried meat strips), porchetta, red-wine ciambelline biscuits and Romanella. Our advice is to park at the Belvedere Giovanni XXIII (free parking) and walk up a short hill to the village, or to use the paid parking in Via Massimo d'Azeglio.

Lake Albano
📍 Room24's tip · 10.7 km

Lake Albano

Lake Albano is a must-see if you want relaxing moments and a breathtaking view while walking along the shore. Along the lake you will find plenty of paid parking, Monday to Sunday.

Ariccia
📍 Room24's tip · 8.1 km

Ariccia

Ariccia is the Castelli Romani town renowned for its many typical Roman fraschette: Roman folk songs and good food make for a wonderful experience. Most parking is paid; our advice is not to arrive right at lunch or dinner peak times, especially at weekends, but a little earlier, to enjoy a romantic stroll on the monumental Ponte di Ariccia.
